How to Purchase a Burial Plot

- The Cemetery Superintendent, Mr. Rick Wade, is responsible for all lot sales.
- Sales for lots will be made by appointment during working hours. The Superintendent will approve any exception.
- Certain sections of the cemetery may be closed to purchase at the determination of the Cemetery Committee.
- Lots will be paid for in full at the time of the sale. Deposits may be left and will hold the plot for 30 days, after which the balance is due. Some payment schedules will be allowed and will be arranged by the Superintendent.
RATES & FEE SCHEDULES FOR CEMETERY PLOTS & SERVICES
Lawn Section (sold in pairs of lots or greater) $2,800. per pair
Dogwood, Beech and Oak Sections $1,100. each
Memorial Garden $800. single
$1,500. double
Nameplate on Memorial Stone $475.
GRAVE OPENING & CLOSING FEES
Grave Opening Monday-Friday $850.
Grave Opening Saturday 8 a.m.-12 p.m. $1,100.
Burial arrival after 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
& after 12 p.m. on Saturday $30. every 15 minutes
Cremation Burial Monday-Friday $350.
Cremation Burial Saturday 8 a.m.-12 p.m. $450.
 OTHER RESTRICTIONS
No Saturday Cremation Burials December 15 through March 15.
Cremation Burials from December through March will only be possible if ground conditions permit.
The fee for snow, frost and ice will be determined at the time of burial, depending on conditions.
There will be no burials after 4 p.m. on any day.
Saturday burials after 12 noon by special advance arrangement only and will be determined by personnel availability.
Any special cemetery requests will need cemetery permission and any work will be billed at $100. per hour.
48-hour notice is required for a grave opening. Calls after 2 p.m. Friday will result in a Tuesday burial.
There will be a $50. charge for a duplicate Deed.
Foundation fee is $.95 per square inch.
The Cemetery is closed for burials on holidays and Sundays.
